Below is a manager checklist with some basic info you will need to know:
TEAM CHECKIN
Team Rosters MUST be updated no later than 3 days prior to the tournament date. You can do this by selecting the tournament logo you have applied for and enter your password and username to access this info.
- Team check-in will take place 45-75 minutes at your first scheduled game field. You will also need to make sure you have all the physical or digital photos of each players player card to correctly check your team in. 2024-2025 cards are acceptable on or before August 1, 2025. 2025-2026 cards are acceptable after August 1, 2025.
- The tournament will print each game card and have ready for you at team check-in. This game card is given to the referees prior to each game along with the player cards. At the end of the game you will be asked to sign the game card and you will be given back the player cards by the referee. Manager/Coaches are responsible for reporting the score to the field marshal at each site.
- All players and coaches must have laminated or digital cards.
- Print and review the tournament rules online to get familiar with them.
- YOUR GAME CARDS WILL BE PRINTED FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT CHECK-IN
REMINDERS
- Please make sure you have signed up your team for the correct age group.
- All Tournaments taking place after February 1, 2025 will be using the upcoming 2025-2026 season age groups.
- Unlimited loan players will be permitted with a maximum.
- All players and coaches must have laminated cards.
